A little bit of fun to show you today, very delayed fun because this magazine, even though it’s the winter edition, came out in August! I guess people need to plan their winter cupcake baking well in advance, but needless to say I completely forgot to mention it here. I was very happy to be asked if two of my cupcake recipes could be featured in this edition and I, of course, said yes!

The feature even re-connected me with an old friend from school who happened to recognise my name in the mag. Crazy!
