Paper, Scissor, Stone: Pop-up Shop

It’s finally here, how exciting! Volume 4 of the Paper, Scissor, Stone pop-up shop is now open in Cabot Circus, Bristol. You’ll find the shop in the Quakers Friars courtyard next to Brasserie Blanc. Bristol people do come down for a visit if you can, it’s a real treasure trove. Just look!

The shop is made up of 27 local artists from silver jewellers and needle felters to illustrators and wood workers, to name a few, all handmaking gorgeous things in Bristol. If you’re looking for special christmas gifts you can’t go wrong here. I worked my first shift in the shop on Sunday and had a lot of fun. The makers run the shop so it’s lovely to chat with customers. My new snoods, berets and beanies are available as well as my cord bracelets, bow rings and necklaces.

This volume of the shop is open until November 27th so hurry down. After that there will be a mass evacuation and a selection of artists from all four volumes will be moving back in for a special Christmas extravaganza.

Now it’s giveaway winner time! Thank you everybody who entered the Nicky Epstein book giveaway, it was really great fun. Of all the eligible entries, random.org has picked comment number 5 to be our lucky winner.

This means huge congratulations to Aiza from Made by Aiza. Well done, I hope you enjoy the book – it’s fascinating. I’ll be in touch soon!
